Privacy Policy

Applies to the Strongest Android app (com.strongest.app) and to this website.

Strongest collects nothing. That is not a policy decision that could quietly change in a later release — the app is built so that it cannot collect anything.

The app

Strongest does not request Android's INTERNET permission. An app without that permission cannot open a network connection, so there is no mechanism by which your workouts, measurements or settings could be sent anywhere, by us or by anyone else.

The permissions it does request, and why:

• Notifications — to show the rest timer and workout controls in your notification shade.
• Vibrate — to buzz when a rest timer finishes.
• Foreground service — to keep the rest timer running accurately while the app is in the background.

What is stored, and where

Workouts, exercises, routines, body measurements and preferences are stored in a database and a preferences file on your own device. There is no account, no login, no server-side profile and no synchronisation.

What is not present

• No analytics or telemetry SDK.
• No crash reporting service.
• No advertising SDK or ad identifiers.
• No third-party trackers of any kind.
• No data sold, shared or transferred to anyone.

Data you choose to export

You can export your workout history as an Excel file, or back the whole app up to a JSON file. Those exports are written where you choose, or passed to another app through Android's own share sheet. That transfer is initiated by you and handled by Android — Strongest never uploads anything on its own.

Deleting your data

Everything can be edited or deleted inside the app. To remove all of it at once, clear the app's storage in Android settings or uninstall it. Because nothing was ever copied off your device, uninstalling is genuinely the end of it.

Children

Strongest is a general-audience fitness tool. It collects no personal information from anyone, children included.

This website

This site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no JavaScript, embeds no third-party fonts, scripts or trackers, and asks for nothing about you. Whoever hosts it may keep ordinary server logs, as any web server does.

Verifying all of this

Strongest is MIT licensed and its source is public. Rather than take the above on trust, you can read the code on GitHub — including the manifest that lists every permission the app requests.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be published here and reflected in the app's Play Store listing.
